We have organised online workshops in Term 3 for some NCEA Level 1 subjects and wāhanga ako to help expand your knowledge and skills in areas relevant to your teaching practice. 


To register for these workshops, click on the relevant subject and wāhanga ako links below.
 

Our NCEA Implementation Facilitators (NIFs) will be delivering the workshops. The kaupapa of each workshop will vary and build upon the previous online workshops. To support collaboration in these workshops, we would prefer that they are not recorded.


Our regionally based NIFs can also support you to unpack subject Learning Matrices and achievement standards or to design courses from the Learning Matrix. To access their support, please contact your Ministry of Education regional office.

Dance Online Support Workshop for Achievement Standards 1.3 & 1.4

The Dance Subject Association of New Zealand (DSANZ) will facilitate a Question-and-Answer session led by Patrice O'Brien and Chloe Davison on 28 August 2024 (Wednesday), from 4:00-4:45pm. VISUAL ARTS: ANZAAE is the national subject association for Visual Arts education in New Zealand. They are a professional body that supports and promotes art education as an integral part of the National Curriculum, Te Marautanga o Aotearoa and further education in Aotearoa New Zealand. ANZAAE have worked with MOE to provide resources to support the implementation of the new standards for Level 1. These resources and other useful resources for teaching and learning can be accessed from the ANZAAE resource hub.
